Getting engaged is an exciting time!

and experiencing what is going on around you as it occurs.
It means being present in your own presence.
Mindfulness as a skill can increase your focus and decisiveness.
More importantly, it will give you the ability to become less reactive
and more responsive, keeping your inner ‘bridezilla‘ at bay.
